Hidden Acres Cattle started with raising Scottish Highland cattle as a passion project. In 2020, we expanded our herd by acquiring one Wagyu Bull and two cows, carefully selected for their purebred lineage. By crossbreeding the Highlands with the Wagyu Bulls, we aim to combine the finest qualities of both breeds.
